The Satyam recovery process has seen a clear increase in momentum.
Satyam Board announce that since Jan 7,satyam wins new projects worth USD 250 Mn (1245 cr INR -approx) from the major industries. In only about few weeks since the unsettling event, satyam has won several new projects, and some extensions from the existing customers.

The Board also announced that it had approved a process for inviting strategic investors. Further details will be revealed following regulatory clearances,expected in the next few days.

Media reporting that satyam lost some projects and clients, but instead of this satyam is getting new projects.

Satyam recently bagged a new project.It is on SAP security Project from the existing customers– a government body focused on water reclamation in the
US Midwest region. This comes shortly after Satyam had successfully delivered an
SAP upgrade project, and are in the midst of carrying their Portal
implementation & SAP ESS implementation projects for the customer.

Various media have reported that Satyam is calling back some 1500 staff members from onsite engagements, because Satyam lost some contracts by some major clients.

That is fake news. It is just movement of staff from one place to other place and that is normal in all the compnies. Staff movements between onsite and offshore – on completion of projects / assignments - are a regular feature of our business. The numbers being quoted and speculated are dramatically exaggerated.
